Wikipedia states that the military equipment procured from the armed forces was done so under false pretenses..The FBI lied to the military and said we need your armor and helicopters because we're heading up a massive drug raid...this was planned to be a slaughter from the beginning. I don't agree with the extreme force the ATF and FBI used. But the people of Waco was crazy. I believe once the people of Waco first fired ( just my opinion) the ATF should have backed off.

I'm not saying the government didn't over step their boundaries but Waco was turning into another Jonestown. Waco started the fight and unfortunately the government ended it. I do believe the ATF and FBI used excessive force.
