  • GO OBAMA!!!

  • so. i think i might rather have mccain. at least he tells the truth...

  • Mccain tells the truth??? Wow you need to wake up

  • tells the truth? are you kidding me? where have you been? mccain change position on just about everything he ever believed in before he started running for president!do you know that he even voted against 2 bills that have his name on it?he proposed the bills before the pres. campaign and now he votes against his own bill! pathetic!

ps:you should get informed a little more!

  • ya and keep the war... vote OBAMA 08

  • Polls change... If you know anything about politics, and Obama pulls well in the other states that you don't mention. Political Analyst will tell you not to trust the polls right now and not to use them for the general election.

  • Hillary's lieing to her people...She knows her gimmick won't pass and she know's Bush would never push a capital gains tax ion the oil companies, not on his/Cheney's watch. But as we all know she'll do anything for a vote. She's talking to people as if they were children.......And counting on them to vote like children....

  • The only thing Hillary is offering is false hope to her supporters.

  • (cont.)

You could just as well state that Clinton is only ahead if she manages to win cleanly. Well unless she wins the coming primaries with 40 point margins (70-30) she is just not going to get it. How is see going to win without the new young voters, independents that have McCain as a good alternative and a disillusioned black vote who will likely end up supporting her but might not show up in numbers that makes her win it?

  • Good for her. I can find polls that Obama wins PA with 9 points. People need to vote for a candidate based on their conviction, not based on polls that can change with 5-10 points daily and depending on the organization that is doing the polling. That will at least secure that the one that really has the most support is the candidate. It makes it more likely that the motivation to vote is there.

  • Ok As A True Texan Here..... I Voted For Obama For Alot Of Reasons....Its Time For A Change Im Tired Of The Crooked Goverment We Have Now And Obama Has The Life Experince To Make A Change After All He Has Been Doing It His Whole Life From A Kid To Now He Knows Our Struggles He Knows What Its Like To Have To Make Something Out Of Nothing He Had To Come From The Ground Up Rather Than Having Everything Giving To Them Like Hillary Is Even Trying To Do Now By Using Her Husband

  • there's a lot of time between now and november. I don't think there's much behind those polls. The polls I care about is the popular vote on the democratic primary, which Obama is winning, and not by a small margin.

  • Well it's a negative about negatives. Sort of a half-negative

  • Having invested more of my soul and money in this campaign than all other political ventures in my life, my two cents finds this ad itself to be the low road. I believe in "disagree without being disagreeable" but I don't see it here.

  • It saddens me to say but the only way Obama is going to win through against Clinton's cheap political campaigning is by taking the same measures.

He's clearly been trying to be honest and fair all along, but sadly, our modern world is so consumed with negative imagery and fear we are more comfortable with these concepts over hope and truth.

Fingers crossed this tactic will pay off and Obama will get a chance to bring in some of that change he's been chatting about, I'm about ready for it.

  • Obama was asked in an interview about getting tougher when Hillary comes out calling him elitist, and out of touch. He said "in the school yard, I was taught that the bully was not really the stronger one.

Obama is criticized either way. I sent my money in to Obama because he needs to win. If he is in the dirt in the race and it starts raining, then he better get his hands dirty and sling a little mud.

He can clean up AFTER he wins.

    Go Obama!

  • isn't that clip of the soldier from the first gulf war?

  • This not mudslinging like Clinton's ads that like to use scare tactics or twist the truth.

  • I love Obama !!

    He's the best !!

  • it isn't mudslinging if it is true. She attacks him daily on this stupid non issue.

  • I like this ad because it talks about the issues and really just presents facts. Every economist knows that her gas tax holiday will not be effective at lowering prices for consumers. The oil companies will just gobble up the even more profits.

  • What are you people talking about! HES JUST STATING FACTS!!! Hillary has been messing up the Dem. Party with her negative point of views/Commercials/COMMENTS! I cant believe she still has supporters..but then again people dont see the bigger picture and fail to see the truth in the true ones. GO OBAMA!

  • You know what - this spot isn't nearly as tough on HC as it should have been. I know BO is trying to walk a fine line, but when you're the only one playing by the rules, it's time to admit the rules have changed. I've seen tougher spots against Clinton on YouTube than I've seen from his spots on TV. His campaign treats all the TV viewers as if theyre geniuses, and that's not the case.

He's gonna lose b/c of lack of fight not b/c of Wright, and I won't donate anymore until he gets tough w/her

  • This is not negative attack or politicking......when you attack ur opponents policies......its ok...its when u attack the person.... that is what is a problem.........GO BARACK

  • There is still more truth and accuracy in this then any of Hillary's adds. Also, this may be a bit harsh coming from Obama's camp, but it is a long stretch to call this negative.

  • Great Ad! Obama. You have a duty to point out her flaws. We need to be protected from having another LIAR who appears to be a pathological one in the office. These are serious times, peoples children are being sent to war based on LIES. I was sorry to see you protect her on the sniper fire Bosnia LIE during the ABC debate. Don't protect her anymore. Continue to speak the truth. Love Ya

    Obama '08

  • This is what flies for a negative add these days? Give me a break, this is much more positive then any of Clinton's adds. Also, the quotes used are both recent AND relevant, something Clinton's never are. However, we all know how negative Hillary has been, you should be using adds to tell the voters about the plans you have for the country. We all know the media isn't. But, it is nice to see you have the balls to fight back in kind, even if it isn't that forceful.

  • obama 08

  • The latest Zogby daily tracking telephone poll shows.

The survey of likely Democratic Party primary voters shows that in North Carolina, Obama leads with 48% support, compared to 40% for Clinton and 13% either undecided or preferring someone else. In Indiana, Obama is nursing a tiny lead of two points, winning 44% support, compared to 42% for Clinton and 15% unsure or wanting someone else.

  • Its about time his campaign did this! True, it's negative politics, BUT Clinton has done it soooo many times, I don't blame him. I would suspect any TRUE Obama supporter wouldn't blame him either! Obama '08'.

  • Don't be fooled Indiana, vote for change we can trust! IN For Obama!

  • Good for you Obama....

    Obama '08

  • There is a difference between mudslinging and defending yourself, Barack can't just let Hillary say what she wants and get away with it. I wish Hillary would just drop out while she still has some honor and not drag this out till the convention, Because McCain is having a field day with us still fighting over who will run for president.

    Go Barack Obama

  • this is totally NOT negative politicking! this ad states the FACTS. i used to admire Hillary Clinton, especially on her Health Care plans- but when i saw Barack Obama on Cspan last year, I've never been more inspired to actually MAKE a DIFFERENCE. I still remember his words to this day:

"its not about money, fame or power- its about how useful we are to our families and our community".

IF ONLY I'M OLD ENOUGH TO VOTE!

I'll be proud to call him President.

    and i mean really PROUD.

    OBAMA '08

  • That's not negative. It's the truth.

  • Even though I support Obama over Hillary, its a shame that he has resorted to these things and I think it has hurt more than help.

  • This isn't mud slinging at all, Obama is just pointing out what Hillary is doing and showing how he contrasts her. It's about time. Gobama!

  • hahaha You Guys need to search Clinton chronicle's This little ad is nothing compare to what could that.

whats baffling is HRC can attack and call this man and elitist and use scare tactics..

The Truth is " the truth Hurts"

she Wants to divide the party ..

its called the united states not the divided states.

    Obama 08!

  • While I don't like either candidate being negative, as long as she attacks him, he has to stand up for himself.

Clinton keeps giving false answers for the sake of gaining votes, not for the sake of change.

I just wish it didn't have to come to this.

  • Yes! Senator Clinton's been swiftboating Senator Obama, with MSM's chorus of cheers, for weeks. Her and her surrogates recent personal attacks on Senator Obama have way over the line.

This is the Swift Boat Prevention System at work.

    Go Obama!

  • This isn't "negative politicking." He's simply pointing out the truth: She voted for a war that she shouldn't have voted for (she even regrets it now), which amplifies his good judgement. Also, Mr. Obama speaks to us as if we're grown and in doing so, he tells us the truth!

Have you seen Clinton's honesty ratings lately?

    Obama '08

  • I am trying to figure out what is negative about this ad !!! Media always like to use big words.

Calling somebody a plagiarist, elitist, etc... with no fundamental base.

    That is a negative attack.

Threatening to obliterate an entire country. That is kind of language that people should worry about.

Obama is not perfect but a way better choice.

  • This isn't negative. It's simply stating sourced quotes from sources. There's no mud-slinging here.

I'm critical of all things politics, but I agree with Obama. I've seen him lately, and he's opened my eyes. HE HAS MY VOTE!

  • I know that his campaign calls for no tricky politics but you can't just stand there and let someone throw mud at you. Sometimes you have to throw it back!! It makes you look weak if you don't!!! I'm glad that he's fighting back! He will be a strong president!!

    Obama 08

  • all true, Obama will make America great again!!! I wish hrc would get on her broomstick and fly away... OBAMA FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!

  • go obama, but would he stop linking the muslims to terrorism?

  • Right on. Clinton campaign is getting more and more negative and doing nothing else but negative attacks and false, pretentious solutions.

Go Barack Obama 2008! The ONLY Candidate who can bring REAL change and REAL solutions!

  • Clinton deserves what she gets. She's so desperate.

  • LISTEN UP.......Its time to fight back!!!!! "BILLARY" Has Caused Obama So Much Damage These Past 2 weeks. No more being "MR NICE GUY"!!!!!

Time to EXPOSE Her for who she is!!!!! Hillay has made a FOOL Of People Long enough!!!!!

    OBAMA'08

  • On a 1 to 10 negativity scale, with 10 being Clinton, Senator Obama's ad rates about a 3.

  • what da hell? Do you dumbazzez think he is going to keep standing by letting billary lie on him? please.

  • This is not mudslinging. This is responding to mudslinging with facts. Facts aren't always comfortable. They are, however, facts.

Nobody, nobody, can call Barack for mudslinging. Just look at what Hillary is throwing at him. An ad featuring Osama? What more do you want? Barack has every right to put these ads out, it's called defending yourself and your position with facts. Do you really want a president who just folds, takes all the rubbish, and doesn't respond?

  • I wish this mudslinging didn't have to happen. Unfortunately, you can't just let Hillary keep hurling mud at Barack without Barack refuting the things she says. At least when Barack "attacks" he attacks policy and he attacks underhanded tactics. He hasn't gone personal the way Hillary has. He hasn't tried to destroy her image and her electability. I'm extremely sick of Hillary and disappointed in her.

  • I wish Obama and his advisors would just ignore Clinton and keep her out of Obama ads and speeches. She's just trying to stir up controversy and nonsense because it's all she has left. She can't win the nomination, so instead of acknowledging her as if she still poses a threat, let's give her the silent treatment until she's officially knocked out of the running on June third.

    OBAMA '08!

  • finally! she always pulls these last-minute attack ads and they work

  • obama, THIS is negative politicking

i was your staunch supporter weeks ago, but now, i dont know

  • Take it as you see it, it's factual information about the Hilary if you don't like it maybe your a republican, Or maybe just an idiot. I don't know, all i know is barack obama is always truthfull and stands for the people.

  • No. He is no doing an negative ad. HE is just saying the truth.

Obama always said he will figth for our interest and died doing it.

He is just figthing for you. So you won't be told sweet lies.

He is attacking for issues. Not her.

  • I completly agree but this is small talk compared to what hillary said about him in her ads

  • If this can be considered negative, then it's of CLINTON'S doing. All this ad is presenting is a few truths about Sen. Clinton and her campaign.

  • so obviously you weren't that staunch, if your waffling

  • It's not negative politicking. It's responding to negative attacks slung at him. Obama's new politics don't mean that you just take every insult lying down. Come on, people.

  • BrettMeyers-- No, this isn't a negative ad. I'm glad he has finally started to defend himself and respond to the attacks on him. You say you don't know who to support--are you thinking of supporting Clinton? She has been doing almost pure negative attacks for many months.

  • well i agree completely Clinton crossed the line with this gas tax nonsense. This is the truth and I'm putting my foot down.

I think you should support Obama now more than ever. I am.

    One American

    Still A John Edwards Democrat

Now Blazin The Path of History!

  • If you were his "staunch" supporter and all it takes is a truth ad to cause you to question your support? Especially after watching the media assasination attemps? You clearly weren't much of a supporter.

    Obama '08

  • I agree that it is negative, and that is why I am slightly disappointed in him, among other things. The difference is that his ads tell the truth and aren't simply republican tactics in a donkey suit.

  • What?????? ARe you kidding me??? He is attacking the message and not the messenger. Did he once question her patriotism? did he attack her personally? NO that would be negative. Attacking the message is the right way to politic.

  • Just the facts!

  • muddslinging...shame on you Barrack.

  • i dont get it , why do you say that?

  • What's the shame in talking about your opponent? He can't make a whole lot of change if he doesn't win, so if this helps, let him.

  • Come on. This is not mudslinging. If Obama wanted to sling mud, the Clintons have plenty of it to choose from, but he is not, has not and will not.

  • Lol at least he broke Hillary's momentum by winning the Guam caucases!

  • This ad is far from mudslinging.

  • First..!!

  • 1st... GO OBAMA
