@B69ne I think the others goalies started wearing masks quite quickly after that. I'm sure that they all wanted to wear facial protection but were afraid to because they would look like cowards. It took one guy, Plante, to have the guts to do it anyways.

thanks to this guy im still alive cus i play goalie and ive taken a few shots of the mask, i remember i took a shot of the mask during try outs last season and it left my head ringing so Jacques Plante ur a real live saver, i thank you :)
