  • hey tanks steve ive put alot of time into the bike i need to do an updated vid i may do it this summer im gonna pick up my bike from ohio next week and bring it up to ny they say its a nice up here to ride.

  • it's called "ricer blink" what happens when the the LEDs, which require less current to blink, it needs an in-line resistor for each left and right signal wire. the faster it blinks the less time it "shows" the yellow and the more people laugh.

  • Hey evey one I jus got out of basic training the other day I'm in ait now advanced individual training so I have internet access now the light I got off ebay not $60 fender eliminator was from competiton werks $110 yosh pipe from ebay around $400 but this was over a year ago and now I roll with continental tires soft grip very nice ... Thanks for watching

  • Very nice. Better than the Two Bros IMHO. This to me is the way a Gixxer should sound and since this is the old Gixxer motor...Nice.

  • Eeek - think I started drooling when I heard the sound of the bike! Haven't checked, but my guess is that can may be illegal in the UK - if not, it should be - all things that sound that good usually are :P

  • Hi Mex, I'm posting from Australia mate. I own a Suzuki GS50f and would like to upgrade to the GSX650f and make lots of modifications like yourself.

Please list the mod's you have made and what websites we are able to import them from. Also the rough prices you paid and any other information you think you would be helpful.

I especially like the fender eliminator and the LED tail lights. What was the second set of LED's for? Tail lights again?

    P.S. Goodluck with the military

  • Your tire has squared off, try weaving side to side while going down the road once n a while and it will eliminate that for the most part.

  • where did you get the tail light kit I wanna put in on mine too..plssss

  • what brand fender eliminator did u use, vie been looking for one like that

  • Yea I still have the bike unfortunatly it has to b put up for a while becuase I am leaving for the military'......and I still like the bike very much it has alot of power sometimes I feel myzelf wanting for more but at the end of the day its plenty for me .... I put alot more mods on it since this vid such as a led light kit power comander from dynojet and some other modz for full list just ask.... Thanks for looking..... I still highly recomend this bike .

  • @mexfdmnb Hi, I have the same bike in black with the same pipe, I love it. I didn't have to drill the extra hole. I install the pipe in less than 20 minutes. Now I have a Q. for you, where did you get the LED tail light, because I'm trying to find it and I can't. If you could please share the info....Thanks

  • do you still have the bike, and how do you like it still?

  • You need a relay to slow them down!

  • I've got the same model and year. Hey, PM me that make and models of the parts you've got. I've been looking for a good fender elminator. I found that the cause of the light blinking faster has to do with the relay not having enough resistance to make the relay go slower. If you put in a resistor, that's the same as the old lights, in the circuit, it'll make the lights blink slower. I think it's cooler when they blink faster tho. =)

  • Right and left are the other way around :)

  • @htse009- when u take the db killer out there is a hole where it bolted down to inside when u place the bolt back in or leave it out it makes like a whistling noise. if u leave the db killer in it should sound fine

  • Hi did you notice any popping noise after fitted the yoshi pipe? Did you have to drill a hole for the securing rivet? cheers

  • Nice video, where did you buy the undertail/fender eliminator ? I bought a set of Michelin Pilot Road 2 for my 08 650f and love them, they turn into corners a lot easier than the stock ones. I have about 2,500 hard miles on them with little wear. Something to think about till spring.

  • Actually you can adjust the LED blink rate, you need to replace the indicator relay

  • i have one in black, its lovely. if you want the indicators to flash slower you have to fit a 21watt resistor in parallel with the rear led indicators one each side, as the leds don't take as much power as a 21watt bulb this is why they flash faster.

  • @SzilvasFerike- i did the footguards my self. i took anodized spray paint sanded them down n had a go at it , it was very easy the hardest on was the right brake lever , u have to disconect the system or just wrap around it so only the metal is showing, if u choose spray paint make sure u cover the bike, or ull get paint everywhere, thanx for watchin!

  • Hello ,where did you get the painted footguards from? nice video by the way ;)

  • and sorry for messing up the left and right on the turn signals im a dumb ass lol

  • thanx man these bikes are a blast

  • looks top mate i love my gsx650f

  • Vary nice mods, good work! speedo will say 150 true top speed is about 132 as almost all bikes read around 10% high

  • 2:45 for exhuast sound
