I've had a lot of experience with a lot of anxiety medications as well as pain killers such as perks and oxycontin, and Xanax isn't anything crazy. if you do a lot, obviously you're going to end up like this... just as if you took too many sleeping pills. However, if I haven't taken Xanax in a long time and I take 1mg I definitely feel it and usually end up dosing off a little if I just sit down. But then my tolerance grows as I keep taking half a bar and then I end up having to take a full bar (2mg) to feel the effects.
