I gotta say, I think Hebrew sounds the most evil. Its got that nice insane twinge to it. However, you CAN'T beat the original. Pat Carrol rocks that sh*t!! The added "underwatery" sound effect on some of them is kinda dumb.

@Jeremie1987 Strictly speaking that's not true seeing as Ursula was animated TO Pat Carrol's vocal recordings so she IS the original Ursula - the original voice actor is recorded and then the animators animate to those recordings so there is such a thing as the original Ursula - all the subsequent voice overs have to perform sync to animation which was tailored for Pat's vocal performance.

English by far. Pat Carroll was the only choise for Ursula there ever was. In terms of laughing the Croatian version comes second since it sounds pretty much like the english.
