I do not understand why so many competitors chose not to use the suplex lift - onto the shoulder carry technique that Mikhail Koklyaev used for his last two bags. Bergmann had the right idea but did not use the proper lifting method, everyone else made it so much harder on themselves by using various different front hold methods.

Very puzzling.
