Starting July 1, tourist steam trains run daily (except sundays) on the Vaser Valley line. Tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays, trains run from Viseu de Sus to Bardau (km 24.1). Mondays, wednesdays and fridays, trains run to Novat (km 12.8).
All trains leave the Viseu de Sus station at 8:30 am, those running to Bardau will return approx. at 3:30 pm, those running to Novat will return approx. at 12:00 noon.

I am simply disappointed that the video is no longer on air; I remember having seen it and being amazed; now the videos that represent Romania's tourism potential are simply disastrous and really not enticing anyone into visiting anything. This video however made me proud of being Romanian, because it highlights some of the most beautiful aspects of Romanian history, lore, music and traditions, along a beautiful scenery that's simply breathtaking.
