That won't harm the piston and rings anymore than normal riding at that rpm. It has a rev limiter for a reason.

Adventure in this video DOES NOT have a RADIATOR 3-the 2006 KTM 50 Jr. Adventure in this video has an AUTOMATIC transmission and DOES have a rev limiter 4-he burned out for .28 secs! Thats what we are commenting on-not 2:28! 5-don't you have some more "bike sounds" to record? @FMXUnleashed -listen bro..try to stick to the point being debated and refrain from arguing over a misspoken word that is unrelated; leave that to the women and Attorney's. The debate is if the engine 1-had a rev limiter(which I was right on) 2-if the piston would be burned by burnouts(which you never commented on). Those KTM 50's go through rings and clutches, like you go through toilet paper and lotion regardless; both are easy repairs and part of the cost of having a bad ass 50cc 2 stroke.

@TheRegularGuy1 okay.. well on any 2 stroke dirt bike you would go through rings and clutches, the harder you ride it, the more you go through. but now you said that this bike in the video has no radiator.. well it does. its a pro junior so yes it does. it does NOT have a rev limiter. there is no programming in a 2 stroke cdi ignition box to cut off the ignition on at a high rpm. only 4 strokes have rev limiters to prevent valve bounce and internal damage (from too high of rpm's)
