Hey, I'm doing an art project that involves me dancing in a shaman-style costume covered in pencils, in front of a giant white canvas, so that the pencils marek the canvas according to my movements (a mask covered in pencils, and braces on my ankles and wrists with pencils protruding from them). But I have no idea how to do an appropriate dance. Anybody know where I could find some decent dance-tutorials like this, but for free and quickly?

shamanism isnt really a religion, its more of a way of life that is practiced all over the world

true-a very spiritual form of living. As opposed to religion which requires masses of people to follow centralized dogma, shamanism requires one to walk their own path and develop their own relationships/perceptions with/of the spirits/life/world.

Not trying to school you spirituality2-I just though some people would like further information on how shamanism differs from religion.
