  • Really enjoyed this video - thank you very much Fred. Trying them now!!

  • I've been trying to target my rear deltoids and you just gave me the key. High elbows!

  • This guy looks Jacked! He knows what he's talking about!! hahahahahaha

  • Dude in blue shirt is cool. Anyway, I have an inquiry for you: if we start with the medial deltoid performing abduction for upright rows, and gradually bent forward into the back muscles performing transverse abduction and/or extension for prone bent-over rows, wouldn't the posterior deltoid be performing this function at about 45 degrees? This is in spite of the elbow not being above the shoulders. If I'm wrong, then what muscle takes over for the middle delt? I'm not sure I understand the rule

  • I've been doing those for years, but laying prone on the bench. The other variation is that I bring my arms a little higher than the shoulder. This gets a full contraction on the posterior deltoid.

  • Man dude, your posture is dangerously poor, do you see a chiropractor?

  • Tried this works really well. go high reps rather than 8-10, try for 3sets of 20. rear delts seem to like it

  • thanks that was really helpfull :) im gonna try it

  • Great!

  • GREAT MAN! keep going on with posting the vids!
