Before the horde comes, if you listen closely you can hear the cut infected "The screamer scream", then the horde comes, or so Ive heard

There is a peculiar scream before the Horde comes, yes, but I doubt if it's the cut Screamer zombie. I think that Valve would've taken more care into erasing any trace of that zombie... I'm sure that it was just an original sound effect attributed to general infected.
