  • Is the horseradish needed costly? Or could I save money by getting it at arbys. Massive servings or horsey sauce and mtn dew are had. I'll def try this.

  • @menehunemedia thanks for the reply... so which will i need to make something like what arbys has? use the bottled kraft version or make it? If i make it, what is the horseradish that I need? is it cheaper to just go to arbys and slather my stuff in their sauce?

  • @richjasonjones The Kraft is almost identical to Arby's Horsey Sauce - maybe a bit sweeter. If you like horseradish, this recipe gives it a lot of kick. To make it more like Arby's, use less vinegar to make it thicker. I use Beaver Extra Hot prepared horseradish, but any brand of grated white horseradish will do. I feel your pain - I used to get my Arby's to go so I could take far more packets of Horsey Sauce than I needed. Since I discovered this, I make it instead - not the same, but tasty!

  • There is a such thing as horseradish sauce that comes in a bottle. Do you use that in here or is that what you ask making? sorry if it is a stupid question.

  • @richjasonjones Not a stupid question at all. Sorry for the delay in answering. Holidays have kept me away from the computer. This is a recipe for Alabama White BBQ sauce - it is more vinegary and not as thick as a bottled horseradish mayo like Kraft Horseradish Sauce. In this recipe, I'm using a light olive oil mayonnaise to save calories, but I have made it using the easy squeeze version of Kraft Horseradish Sauce and it is really yummy. Thanks for your question. Hope this helps! :-)
