I know nothing about electric bikes but in a petrol driven car u have a generator that recharges battery while driving,if you had a generator as a front wheel hub spinning freely with the force of the back wheel u could increase the distance by at least 1/2 or am I tottally off my head?
Thanks for posting this. So many comments have been directed at why this bike is not a cross-country tourbike. Of course it isn't... But, if you weren't in a hurry, what a great way to see the country.
