  • OMG! running fridge meme!

  • 7:39 - 7-41 IMO is the funniest bit in the whole movie LMAO

  • 2:55 that lamp creeped the fuck outta me when i was a kid

  • This part creeped me the hell out, but I'm singing along anyway!

  • 3:30 --- Boobs.

  • One of the coolest symbolic things I find in the B-Movie song is how even when the appliances are elevating upward (at the end) They're moving into the darkness, kind of like a "there is no hope" kind of thing".

  • It's like the SAW series but with appliances.. . :P

  • that light also scared the shit out of me

  • OMG!!! 0:49 The light is like the worm/maggot in the corpse bride!

  • Did you say "Toy Story"?

    Viva la Buzz Lightyear!

  • My god, imagine how much more fucked up this movie would be if the appliances were humans. 8C

  • oh boy heaven sent you to me

  • 2:30 Switch the blender with a human, and you know what kind of terror THEY'RE experiencing right now. O.O

  • The hanging light reminds me of the Maggot off Corpse Bride. He even looks and sounds like him.

  • @KrystelLucas Very good eyes my friend they are similar because they are based off of a real person and an amazing actor by the name of Peter Lorre :)

  • @TedLeatherJacket Thanks for the facts! It all makes sense now!

  • @KrystelLucas You are welcome and thanks you for keeping the spirit of Peter Lorre alive :)

  • @aoinatafanboy84 Actually I don't think Peter Lorre ever played Igor however his likeness has been adapted to roles similar to Igor. It's a real shame Peter Lorre was such a great actor his performance in "M" was brilliant but it's so tragic what happened to him in later years. May he rest in peace but he is not forgotten his influence still captures people to this day thank you Peter Lorre thank you so much.

  • @TedLeatherJacket You are right, he never was. I kind of felt it was ridiculous afterwards. You are right that they would have adapted aspects of him. You are right about how much of a legacy he had too. I remember other inspired characters. Like in Bugs Bunny and I think Woody Woodpecker. You should be doubly paying respects though. It was a departed actor to do his voice too. Phil Hartman was a good actor and a shame to have lost him as we did.

  • @aoinatafanboy84 That's true Phil Hartman was a treasure to the world of acting especially voice acting it's really great to pay homage and remembrance to such great actors within our childhood :)

  • @TedLeatherJacket I agree, even though the only times I really remember him were Jingle all the Way and Lionel Hutz. The man sure can be called a method actor since he's channeled Peter Lorre and Jack Nicholson if you count the AC.

  • Out of the few things I remembered from this movie, it had to be the pink marshmallows and the blender! DX

Also, am I the only one who thought those were mini hot dogs in a bag?

  • In the previous part I could swear I was listening to Edward G. Robinson's voice in Radio's supposed final tune before they were saved, and now in this I could swear I'm hearing Peter Lorre's voice.

  • who agrees the song in this part is awesome

  • Mr . Peeters reminds me of a sergin!:)rofl

  • Even after death Peter Lorre is still an inspiration to movies

  • I never knew that there were shops that sold appliance parts, especially since you can get new ones pretty cheap.

  • I think Eli Roth took this scene as inspiration to write Hostel...

  • LOL radio: you gotta help me, hide me, I'll do anything...BUNS mountains of hot cross buns. ahahahaha oh radio is so cute

  • LOL everytime, I couldn't find something, my mom would say, what did it do walk away, and I'd be like, um maybe. hahah

  • i freakin loved this movie when I was little. This brings memories back

  • If they were to make a live action version of this movie, Christopher Walken would totally be the customer.

  • You can't blame the appliances for going insane. At all.

  • how could anyone dismantle and sell singing appliances?

  • music starts in 3:14

  • What I found creepiest about this scene is that The fat guy (Elmo St. Peters)doesn't realize that he's disecting and mutilating living beings. He thinks they're just inatimate objects. He actually appears to enjoy his work quite a bit; so he's sitting there chuckling joyfully while killing, dismembering and traumatizing living beings. What if this guy ever found out the truth? He'd be labeled mentally unstable, and be sent to a mental asylum.

  • @galaxywarper92 Hell, he probably wouldn't even be able to live with himself, and go insane anyway. Who knows how long he's been in business and doing this. He could have killed hundreds of machines so far.

  • @ 3:31 she has boobs with nipple tassels ...rofl

  • and the Radio- is Jon lovitz

  • The hanging lamp's voice is none other than Phil Hartman!

  • Huh fascinating thank you

  • Is this Disney?

  • @HoundDogEntertainmnt Actually it was made by Hyperion Pictures, which was a precursor to Pixar. Lots of people left Disney to make "Brave Little Toaster." Later Disney bought it and distributed it.

  • Wait. But the Peter Lorre lamp never got to escape. Aw man.

  • I so adore the peter lorre lamp :D it´s scary but I like it!

I remember watching this film when I was a little child, but I never got to know what the movie was called! Clad to have found it at last :D

  • (Lampy) See?! It worked! I told ya it would work! I told ya! I told ya! I told ya! I knew! I knew! I knew! It worked!!!!!!

Alright, Lampy, it's funny, but I get the idea!

  • that's rare a dog that drive

  • who the hell dislikes this?

  • i'm i the only one who was scared when this song came on??

  • 6:16

That customer voice actor has got to be the worst actor in animated movie history.

  • @kellorkleft02 because he can't make a stupid hick sound intelligent?

  • btw, the song in this part is my fav jam of the movie XD

  • 1:45 Isnt it odd how he seems to be an allusion to the freaky clown? O.o

  • a storm is blowing in as i'm writing this.......

i just might watch this around Halloween.

  • I never knew watching someone break apart an appliance can be so ...... morbid *shivers*

  • 3:29 Anyone notice what I notice?

  • @Blazenix1 lol. Yeah, well it's not exactly subtle. God, I love this cartoon. Rarely has there been a cartoon that has so many dark moments (cutting out the engine/brain of the blender, the continued car massacre at the junkyard, Lamp getting zapped, Air Conditioner blowing a casket, and of course the freaking clown among other things) mixed in with truly heartfelt touching/heartbreaking moments.

  • @alekesam Is it morbid that the Worthless song is my favourite? B-movie song is pretty catchy too, I'm not kidding today I was humming that tune in class. Unforunately I don't think I watched this as a child, I must have been young if I did. But it's something that I want to show my kids (presuming I have them). For a kids movie there was alot of thought and alot of risks put into it. That's why its beautiful.

  • @Blazenix1 Not at all. I find it my fav song too, mainly because of how serious it is, and because of how deep and cryptical it is too. I've seen forums on the internet with people going into whole philosopical discussions about the meaning behind the lyrics! I think te best interpretation was that each car represents a subculture or ethnic group that is viewed by many as "worthless", such as the elderly, the disabled, etc.

  • those marshmellows always looked really good

  • That dog can DRIVE?

  • @thatguysreviews>> The ceiling lamp's a parody of Peter Lorre, a famous horror movie actor from the 40s, best known for Casablanca and 20,000 Leagues Under The Sea.

  • 3:24 is that a noose of 13 rings?

  • 0:38 A CUSHTOMAH!!!

  • who is the ceiling lamp supposed to be a parody of?

  • 7:35 lmfao

  • @4:52 is that supposed to be Joan Rivers?

  • @luckysod04 yes

  • I'll never look a ceiling lamp the same way ever again Dx

  • 7:55 JAILBREAK!! JAILBREAK!! JAILBREAK!! WOO! WOO! WOO! WOO! WOO! WOO! WOO! WOO!

  • Here's my question. Why would he take apart a functioning blender probably worth 6 times the price he's selling the motor? I mean sure he is a junk parts dealer but shouldn't he be salvaging parts from completely broken machines?

Or for that matter, why doesn't he sell his mostly functioning machines?

Not to mention he now needs to buy a new blender.

  • 3:05

Commence scaring the hell out of kids in 3...2...1...

  • Does anyone else feel creeped out by the mexican hanging lamp????

  • @racingrocker42 Uh, that guy wasn't Mexican...that was Peter Lorre.

  • This scene with the song always scared the crap out of me when I was little.

  • I love how this movie actually features a character being DISEMBOWELED. Fuck yeah.

  • This scene scared the hell out of me when I was a kid...it still does *shudders*

  • I remember those pink marshmallows and the blenders getting gutted. It was a disturbing contrast of getting his innards ripped out and then placed with such gentle care into a nice clean package.

  • One of the only things I remembered all these years from this movie are those pink marshmallows at 0:33.

  • This guy is like the Sid of household appliances.

  • @AslansButterfly

It's actually the guy at Pixar who died before CARS came out, I believe.

  • @AslansButterfly Except that their motives are different. Sid does his doings "just for fun". Elmo St. Peters, on the other hand, does his doings for his customers.

  • @KBAFourthtime Good point. Difference between adulthood and childhood I guess lol.

  • @AslansButterfly who is Sid?

  • @tocofool He's the guy from Toy Story. He messed up his toys.

  • @AslansButterfly

I believe the guys at PIXAR based Sid from this guy.

  • I always felt bad for that Blender! :[

  • I disagree, I don't believe the other appliances were tormenting Toaster and the gang. They were pretty much emphasizing that they're trapped with no escape from Elmo St Peters and they know one by one they will all end up being gutted so, they've pretty much gone insane by having the B-movie sing-along.

  • the hanging lamp is actually lil' wayne i mean look at those teeth :D

  • @Raiderdragondude

    Peter Lorre.

  • R.I.P. Joe Ranft (Elmo St. Peters)

  • Those didn't look remotely like marshmellows.

  • hostel the appliance version

  • @JamesS92692 Do You Like The Brave Little Toaster Movie

  • You know, it's interesting how something really bad happens to each character throughout the movie. First, Lampy gets electrocuted to recharge the dead battery in the forest. Then well, Blanky gets stuck in a tree, he got off easy! XD lol Then Kirby has a mental breakdown. Radio almost gets dissected! O.o (Creepy!) And Toaster almost gets crushed to death. Wow, I never realized how many dark scenes are in this movie! lol Maybe that's why I love it so much!

  • The part when they scare the willies out of junk shop guy

Best scene in this movie without a doubt

  • 0:24 hahaha! Look at fatty over there chug that shake! XD

  • I'm suprised this didn't scare me MORE when I was younger. I guess the "Can-opener, lamp, and a shaver mishmash" distracted me with its humor.

  • Dancing appliances in an evil hopping refrigerator. What every musical needs.

  • 8:23 So, did the radio tube guy see any of the appliances just get up and run away?

  • This song used to scare me when I was little.. I have no clue why... but I always thought differently of my appliances after this.

  • Radio: You gotta help me! You gotta hide me, I'll do anything. ''Bread'', I can get you bread. Mountains of hot crust buns! (LOL)....XD!

  • One thing that's really interesting about this movie to me is just how mean all the characters are. Look at how all the appliances in the shop torment the main characters. If they did this movie today, they'd sympathize with them and at the absolute darkest, they'd have a kind of empathetic gallows humor. Even the main characters are jerks to each other. This film really proves that not can kids handle films that aren't squeaky clean, but maybe they NEED to see films that aren't squeaky clean

  • 7:40 His eyes are coming through his glasses!

    ...Now that's freaky!

  • crazy overhead lamp at :50! Very creepy

  • lol seriously, the whole blender motor scene was essentually like, brutal murder to the toasyer and crew. He tied it down, ripped off his case and tore out his heart! Even dripping motor oil for blood at the end and everything. Good ol fashioned kids movies

  • 7:41 LOL

  • Peter Lorre hanging lamp! XD Always liked that voice, no matter who was doing it.

  • That electrician is one creepy motherfucker.

  • Geez. When I was a kid I was like "He took a motor out of a blender, so what?"

Now that I'm older it's like "My God, he just dismembered a blender! IN FRONT OF THE CHILDREN!"

Also, I feel kinda bad, but that Jailbreak scene was the perfect time for the "Your Refrigerator is Running" joke. 'Cuz, y'know, it literally ran.

  • "it's ilke a movie

    It's a b movie shooww!"

    Just lobve this song

  • I haven't seen this movie in years, i just randomly decided to see it again, old classic. This part never scared me though along with toasters dream, probobly cause I really didn't now what was going on. Now it's like "Oh ma god, he killed the blender" even shivers my spine a little

  • Sing it! "It's like a movie! Just like a movie showwww" =D

  • I LOVE this song at 3:20. So freakin' haunting and awesome.

  • @1:22-1:25 sounds like hes saying "A whole shitload of Blender moters."

and Yes, he actually saying "A whole shipment of blender moters."

  • I sure wish Toaster and Blanky were girls

  • Warren Batchelder, Virgil Ross and Bill Hutten worked on this film along with their assistant, Bernard Bonnicksen (son or younger brother of Ted Bonnicksen)

  • Interesting how the lamp's tarnishing vanishes just before he gets his bulb changed.

1:14 What's with that customer's delivery? It's like he's deliberately trying to make it sound like he's reading cue-cards.

1:20 Also, voice TOTALLY doesn't match the character design.

8:23 AND HOW THE HELL DID HE NOT SEE THE FRIDGE AND ALL THOSE OTHER APPLIANCES BUSTING OUT?!

  • @8:50 "I give you....RAPTURE!"

  • Is the stove voiced by Thurl Ravenscrot, like Kirby?

  • Jesus Christ, that whole scene where he takes the blender apart just made me cringe when I was a kid.

    ...Still does, to this day.

  • Anybody else out there who was scared of the "B-movie" song when they were a kid?

...or was that just me? O.O

  • seriously...

    1) inanimate objects that come to life when no ones looking.

    2) hopping lamps

    3) crazy nut job that operates on objects/items

.......what does this remind you of?

  • @DashingStallion You are referring to the concentration camps, right?

  • uhhh.....sid?

  • @DashingStallion well this film was made by the people who are now called pixar

  • This song is just AWESOME. :D I listen to it on my iTunes a lot, it's perfect for a Halloween comp mix as well. It's funny, sometimes at the most random moments, my mom will turn around and blame me that she has the song stuck in her head. XD

  • poor appliances :( im glad its just a movie

  • 8:30-8:55 is tear-jerkingly beautiful.

  • The appliance equivalent of "Saw."

  • @Cubivore10 I think it bears more a resemblance to Hostel.

  • This guy is the spitting image of our office accountant.

  • Is the big fat guy Sid's dad?

  • @RandomEpicness100 Excellent question. XD Probably more like his wacky uncle.

  • I wonder how many people are going to be freaked to see a walking refrigerator down the street.

  • "Did I catch ya at a bad time? Just wonderin' if ya got my radio tubes."

lol, I always loved that guy XD

  • @Laxun14 tht guy was a freaking retard without doubt how could he not notice a large amount of eletronics walk away out on their own? no normal human would just think that is normal or not notice at all.

  • @Elricchasers

Doesn't mean that he can't be my fave =)

  • @Laxun14 BWHAHAHAA!!! My best friend always say that to each other if we walk in on one another during akward (i don't think I can spell today) moments; i.e. her being in a fight with her mom, me and my husband not locking the doors, that kinda thing..

  • @Laxun14 Tim Stack, who voices Lampy, also voices that guy.

  • @Laxun14 his voice is so delightfully bad :P

  • P00R BLENDER :'| WHO IS WITH ME ???????

  • those poor appliances and what they just witnessed with their own eyes.

  • I like the jailbreak part. that crack me up everytime!. does anyone feel this way?

  • @Princessstarify JAIL BREAK! JAILBREAK! JAILBREAK! (Siren goes off)

  • The songs in this movie are great!

  • @punkviolingirl I like it when the cars sing.

  • The late Joe Ranft was the voice of Elmo St. Peters.

  • This scene is definately what inspired Sid and his 'experiments' toys in the first Toy Story film

  • I'm glad Christian Weston Chandler gave up on the Sonichu franchise and opened an actual store.

  • as a general rule, if you can't understand why people consider this movie scary, imagine every appliance or vehicle in this movie to be a person...you will get it

  • That ceiling light always freaked me out.

  • omg, i can't believe they made this...

    thankfully, we have toy story...

  • the guy must be really ugly to scare himself with his own reflection like that... and what the hell with that creepy oil dripping scene? O.O

  • @Kyuudama0Kitsune

Like in any good B movie, it's meant to be the blood of the victim..

  • if that fridge in this scene is alive wht wasn't the one in the cottage alive?

  • Did anyone else notice the female cassette player holding hands with the Electric Pencil Sharpener as they were escaping? Aw, that was SO cute. lol

  • I would love to see these appliances against the cutting edge appliances at their master's house. lol

  • 0:52 fucking meth head.

  • this was always my favourite song

    so scary...

omg i havent seen this since i was 5...

  • He didn't have a single line other than singing in the chorus, but that Fan is still my second favorite character in the whole movie (after Lampy). Great character design goes a long way.

  • PFFFFF! I crack up at 8:02 watching the fridge barge down the door xDDD

  • R.I.P joe raft

  • If there was ever a horror movie starring 5 applancies this scene would be a part of it.

  • Hello Compadre,, I am in deep need of a blender motor

Excuse me, the missus loved the blender motor.

Was wondering if you got some radio tubes, too.

blender motor, that guys voice gets to me everytime

  • APPLIANCE MURDER

  • the fat guy is a appliance murderer!

  • I think Blanky was pulling RADIO'S plug in, since Radio has a plug, but no way to reel his own in.

  • Remember kids: If you're trying to make a getaway in a monster truck from a bunch of tortured appliances gone berserk , WEAR YOUR SEATBELT!!!

  • :O :O :O :O :O ITS THE BLENDER!!!!! I TOTALLY REMEMBER HIM FROM WHEN I WAS LITTLE!
