no all classes can play music, but only Mistrel can learn all instruments from NSC and teach other chars to play them.

The Bard like in Brees Pony sell instruments and the skill to play it you can learn from your Trainer

I dont understand. Whats that ABC you are talking about. Do you mean you have made some kind of notes to game and it then plays automaticly instead of you playing it on your own in real time? That would be a disappointment to me...
