  • Superb!!!

  • amazing all these years that was designed and still can compete with modern models, very smooth flier. could still be a excellent aerobatic trainer. they should re kit the taurus again. glad that this model still lives ,reminds what modellers where i how should be. not like today in this ARTF world

  • Glad you enjoyed these videos. My purchase partner and I feel ONE of Ed's personal Taurus models deserves to fly again--the other, (the inspiration for the 1963 Taurus kit, arguably the most famous kit in history), is now part of the AMA Museum collection.

  • I have this kit new in the box from 1962! Will be selling it on Ebay soon!

  • Awsome aircraft. I recently bought an aircraft from an estate sale, it is a Taurus, but had the letters GST on it. I recently saw the ad for the 1/2 size in the AMA Mag and realized what this ship is called. My Taurus has an 89" wingspan and is powerd by a SuperTigre 3000, I fail to remember the prop size. I have yet to fly it since being in my posession, but I have gone over it and hope to fly it within the next month or so. I will try to get a video to upload. Thanks for the awsome video.
