Deena isn't part of the main cast, she isn't invited to major interviews and promos that the main cast attend and are apart of. Deena was REJECTED for both season one and two and the producer only granted her a chance for this season at last minute.

They had no problem with it because she was willing to settle for $80,000 upfront instead of being paid per episode when season 2 aired. Anthony Beltempo and SallyAnn Salsano (producers) even said they want Angelina back for season 4 because Deena isn't what they are looking into yet they have to endure her as a replacement. I highly doubt Deena will return.
