as Garber recorded for a few labels in the early or mid 50's. I don't believe your Dad has ever
been on any of the Welk re-union shows or been interviewd by current Welk interviewer
Mary Lou Metzger, but it would be nice to see him. I saw the Lucy episode
and soon it dawned on me who it was....!

was that after leaving Welk (Circa 1962) Larry did sing
briefly with the Jan Garber band (!) After that the trail seems to
go cold. Larry also appeared as an actor on the Lucy show
about 62 or 63 playing a department store dummy !!
