If you take a dog that isnt ever around other dogs, and doesnt like them much and will try to attack them...and it mates with a girl dog and she has puppies, does the dog recognize the pupps as his? or will he be mean to the pups and try to kill them?
I think this would be a great reminder to a lot of people that BIG doesn't = Mean. Beautiful pups, hope they grow up big and healthy and find good owners.
Why go to a humane society? To save one of God's creatures...... The SAME persons whos name you took in vain? Maybe you should worry about saving YOURSELF! I have 2 rescue dogs and one AKC. But if I didn't, your comment would NOT want me to run out and save one!

you can get lucky and get great dogs from the humane society. i doubt my dog would have been euthanized so i didnt really save him, but i got him out of the scary shelter sooner than he would have if we didnt adopt.
My parents breed them if there under like 8 weeks old we sell them for $1,000 but our mastiffs all have campion blood in them so idk... and if there over like 10 weeks we knock it down to $800
That dog is soo awesome... looks like a killing machine but I bet it's the most gentle thing ever. I really want it it's the best looking dog I seen in along time.
We only feed our dogs outside. Same with water. Treats are only given outside. This cuts back on a LOT of indoor slobber. You won't be able to avoid the occasional slinger (slobber string on the wall or ceiling with dirt and/or leaves mixed in), but it's a small price to pay to have such awesome family dogs.
mine is 4 years old now...and i think shes STILL growing...haha. all she ever does though is eat and sleep, unless you get a 4-wheeler out then she blows up.
According to the AKC website, the bullmastiff is an English Mastiff/Bulldog mix. The AKC has already recognized it as a breed so you may be a little behind. Then again, the Bullmastiff is about 60% mastiff and 40% bulldog. Your mix would be 50/50 so it would be slightly different, but not much.
Personally I think it's a waste of purebred quality bloodlines. I'm more into trying to make the English Mastiff breed better. I leave the "new breed creation" to the experts... if they exist. I don't doubt that a masti-bull would be an attractive dog, but it would still be a "mutt", technically.

be careful not to have him sit on you for too long, if you keep him there for an hour your blood will clot and it could kill you.
on a side note, thats a cool dog, i personally have a boxer puppy. he is 4 months old now

Mine is 1year and 2 months and he is 165lbs... He goes to the vet every other week to get groomed and stuff.. Is he healthy at 165 lbs?
