@MeTube4D I can't remember where I read it, but you know how on one foot she's got concrete and the other is an atom? Each foot represents a different reaction; Fission and Fusion, respectively.

And Okuu uses Fission during the Soku games - You could never get that much heat with just Fusion.

Note: Nuclear Fission is what causes Nuclear Explosions and involves splitting atoms. Nuclear Fusion is when you take two atoms and fuse them.
