Naruto in Bijuu Chakra mode is the fastest its HIS SPEED when he is in this mode. Minato Namikaze is just using the Flying Raijin Technique but Minato's speed is also very fast but the flying raijin is space time ninjutsu. raikage is the 3rd. Naruto and Minato already surpassed him

Very subjective claim. There's no way to know. Minato's hiraishin isn't really speed, it's teleportation (although if you watch the Madara fight he IS really fucking fast as well). Tobi is actually quite slow. Personally I think either Guy with 8 gates or Naruto in sage mode with his new purified kyuubi chakra would be the quickest.

Actually he's called Shisui of the Shunshin. Shunshin is pretty much like Hiraishin afaik, it isn't pure speed. Besides whcih Shisui was like 15 when he died. Stating he is as fast or faster than Naruto, Raikage, Minato even... is completely absurd. Especially seeing as Itachi is slower than the aforementioned and he killed him without much effort.
Gai and Lee can open up all 8 gates so there strenght and speed to the point Kakashi wouldnt be able to handle it. actually he is Madara, so we all believe.

pure speed doesnt count if you use a jutsu, so so raikage, naruto bijuu mode, itachi, sasuke, lee, guy should all be up here. minato needed the flying god jutsu to be as fast
Actually the Raikage pretty much admits that Naruto is faster than him, when he dodges A's attack, something only Minat had done before. Speaking if which, technically Tobi and Minato aren't "speed", they're "teleportation". "Speed" implies that one is actually physically moving through the space between Point A and Point B. They aren't. They warp directly from point A to point B.
Naruto is faster than Raikage. It was shown already. Tobi wouldn't be able to react to raikage or Naruto if he didn't have the Sharingan so I wouldn't consider him faster. Lee is faster than sasuke especially when he takes off his ankle weights and unlocks the gates so sasuke shouldn't be on here

Obviously this vid was posted before Naruto got his chakra mode. Now he's more than likely faster than his dad. He was quick in sage mode though. But he's gotten quicker. Damn, now he has ninetails chakra mode and sage mode. He could end up being like the sage of the six paths if he could master using both at the same time. That would be awesome.

First of all, tobi uses space-time ninjutsu. Thts not the same thing as speed. So he shudnt be here. Naruto actually uses his own speed with nine tails help(no jutsu) so hes actually fast. The 4th hokage is definitely the fastest, proven fact, but remember, his FTG is a teleportation jutsu, not speed. Also the 3rd raikage is definitely the second fastest.
@hotshotcooler94 Actually the 4th Raikage is the 3rd fastest. Minato and Naruto are both faster. Back when Naruto fought him, he got away only using his original Bijuu Mode, but now that they Kyuubi and him have merged chakras, he's even faster. Surpassing his father, whom was faster then Minato.

Though, looking up some forum posts on the internet, you may be right that Sasuke is not faster as people said that he was able to use his sharingan to predict the blow and then dodge it which gave him a bit of time, so maybe he isn't as fast as it appeared. And you're partially right on him not admitting it. Apparently he doesn't say he's faster, he just compliments Sasuke's speed.

Currently, going with the Manga, I have to say that it's an awesome tie between Minato and Naruto for the 1st place. Then we have Tobi, Raikage and either Itachi or Guy (after opening gates he rapes ass)
Naruto ties Minato in Kyuubi mode. He's seen using a Yellow Flash against the Raikage, Minato's speed technique. If Naruto were to unlock Kyuubi Mode and Toad Sage Mode at the same time, he'd be the fastest character the Narutoverse has ever seen!
@222KINGforever naruto can't combine kyuubi mode and sage mode as stated in the manga. although he did so previously when face2face vs nagato momentarily. which make a contradictory, and is still to be settled by kishimoto-san
@junnexgolem Naruto can combine it, it's just that it'd take way too much time and energy. The reason he did versus Nagato was because he only used Initial Stage, which isn't alot of Kyuubi chakra, so he could gather quite a bit of nature energy to regulate it all out.
Minato teleports therefore you cannot be faster than him. Still in short range the thinking time might make all the difference. To people who say Naruto "looks fast" , FGT dosent look anything because its too fast to be seen.
Raikage couldn't be faster than naruto because he dodged his own attack. Tobi uses transportation technique, he's a pussy, and so does Minato but he's a badass ;p Also Lee and Guy are the definition of FAST in Naruto

Why is Naruto even on this list? Dodging a lariat does not mean he's really really fast. What about the resurrected Raikage who has the 1 finger lightning attack, Naruto would have died on the spot of that junin hadn't use the rubber ball jutsu to save him. If Naruto is so fast then no one should be able to hit him, even junin. Now compare all the people who can touch Naruto vs all the people that can touch ANY Raikage. Therefore dodging one attack is not proof of speed.

Naruto moves fast, Minato is instant. Even if Naruto can move from point A to point B in one thousandth of a second, Minato will be there first.

Actually the Raikage pretty much admits that Naruto is faster than him, when he dodges A's attack, something only Minat had done before. Speaking if which, technically Tobi and Minato aren't "speed", they're "teleportation". "Speed" implies that one is actually physically moving through the space between Point A and Point B. They aren't. They warp directly from point A to point B.

Naruto is faster than Raikage. It was shown already. Tobi wouldn't be able to react to raikage or Naruto if he didn't have the Sharingan so I wouldn't consider him faster. Lee is faster than sasuke especially when he takes off his ankle weights and unlocks the gates so sasuke shouldn't be on here

Obviously this vid was posted before Naruto got his chakra mode. Now he's more than likely faster than his dad. He was quick in sage mode though. But he's gotten quicker. Damn, now he has ninetails chakra mode and sage mode. He could end up being like the sage of the six paths if he could master using both at the same time. That would be awesome.

First of all, tobi uses space-time ninjutsu. Thts not the same thing as speed. So he shudnt be here. Naruto actually uses his own speed with nine tails help(no jutsu) so hes actually fast. The 4th hokage is definitely the fastest, proven fact, but remember, his FTG is a teleportation jutsu, not speed. Also the 3rd raikage is definitely the second fastest.

Though, looking up some forum posts on the internet, you may be right that Sasuke is not faster as people said that he was able to use his sharingan to predict the blow and then dodge it which gave him a bit of time, so maybe he isn't as fast as it appeared. And you're partially right on him not admitting it. Apparently he doesn't say he's faster, he just compliments Sasuke's speed.

I saw the fight myself,where did he use a body flicker jutsu? The only way he could have done that is marking sasuke like yondiame did killer bee... I didnt see that,when he came in close for the finisher he came in with speed,not a body flicker jutsu. If that were the case,sasuke would have died. I'm pretty sure he would used Lariat.

Why is Naruto even on this list? Dodging a lariat does not mean he's really really fast. What about the resurrected Raikage who has the 1 finger lightning attack, Naruto would have died on the spot of that junin hadn't use the rubber ball jutsu to save him. If Naruto is so fast then no one should be able to hit him, even junin. Now compare all the people who can touch Naruto vs all the people that can touch ANY Raikage. Therefore dodging one attack is not proof of speed.
