pt 2- in my case of not having official affidavit - do or dont you recommend writing on these other threatening letters envelopes -

"RETURN TO SENDER. I've commtted NO crime & am NOW seeking legal advice to sue you for harassment. Plus I have no contract with you. No consent." --

Is it a waste of time as they'd chuck it in a black hole? Or will it work if i write it on back of THEIR threatening letter (photocopy it 1st), & reseal it in THEIR envelope plus repeat same written words on it?

I even sent the Council my donation receipts from the Iraq Charty shop as evidence to NO avail. Council ignored it -- .......>

This is your best video to date. I think this kind of video ie interviewing and editing, music is a different level to your other video's. The guys that do the confrences that you attend and video should be done like this too. Great video.
