@JRDISTURBED I'm not sure if anybody's noticed, but the World Government has lost several of its most powerful assets: CP9, Monkey D. Garp, Sengoku, and even Aokiji. I know Oda doesn't introduce characters and have such inconclusive endings as that. I've got a feeling that at least one of those forces, if not all of them, will end up allying with the Straw Hats. Luffy, Lucci, Garp, Sengoku and Aokiji all on the same side. Shit. Would. Happen.

They both leave in the first half. Aokiji leaves after fighting with Akainu over the position of Fleet Admiral and losing, saying he doesn't want to be underneath Akainu. Anyway, a Youtube argument is pointless, so let's leave it.

am I the only one who hated Spandam more than Lucci? Spandam is the real villain of the EL arc. Akainu, Spandam and the Tenryuubito are all in the same league of villains, they are all rotten to the core, I can't explain it but they are much worse then people like Crocodile and Enel which is saying something since they've caused a lot of pain. I loved this video but I wish Spandam was killed by the Buster Call.

@andrewBize Oda says that luffy and the crew dont kill the villains because he believes that crushing their dreams and what they believed in is a fate worse than death, like enel being all powerful, crocodile ruling alabasta, spandam and cp9 humiliated, etc. when a villain dies they usually take their messed up beliefs with them and think they were right from cradle to grave, learning nothing. crocodile for example almost lived the rest of his life in impel down with the memory of being thwarted

What really bothers me though is that it doesn't seem like it's the crew's decision. @227060 that's true, but the series follows some laws of reality. i mean, ace got a hole punched through his torso and died, whitebeard got shot and stabbed hundreds of times, and had his internal organs turned into sludge, and he died eventually. i would think that being broken in half would fall into one of these categories, but this is one piece, like you said.
