"Fractional reserve banking" is just one problem with our current Federal Reserve / banking system. Another is, that it is unnecessary to have TWO financial intruments : Treasury notes, and federal reserve notes. The latter just serve the purpose of permitting the banks to SKIM ( embezzle ) money, as the Federal Reserve is unauditted.

Why should a RACE ( in this case, the Jews ) be in charge of the Federal Reserve ?

oh i forgot .. big conspiracy.. most scientist who claim they have researched aspartame usually haven't examined any data due to the fact that they are usually employed by or receive money from various organizations who support aspartame. so there's a reason why u haven't seen a published peer-reviewed study on this topic
