  • get down there on the squats - you're not cheating anyone but yourself!

  • roundhouse kick = slap, side kick = push

  • take it a little further each time you train and it will become the norm

  • the roundhouse kick is a slap not a poke- get the knee up before you kick out

  • shape up your behind - these exercises will help tuck it in!

  • love this.....those leg raises are a killer but no pain no gain!!!!

  • @siobhanholligan some pain , like muscle fatigue is good but if you do feel pain, listen to your body and check your technique. Incorrect technique will lead to injury and in addition you will not feel the true benefit of the exercise.

  • @culleton9 great way to finish your day! Have you thought about working out after a bath? - it loosens the muscles and will make you approach your workout refreshed.
