I have just completed all 3 workouts, wow! I can't quite believe that I can manage to kick while watching the screen in the sitting room. I am fizzing.
@siobhanholligan some pain , like muscle fatigue is good but if you do feel pain, listen to your body and check your technique. Incorrect technique will lead to injury and in addition you will not feel the true benefit of the exercise.
We all want to feel powerful and vibrant in our daily lives and this workout will give you the strength and determination to do other things in your life. You can do it.
Bring on the leg work. I'm looking forward to strengthening my lower body after work today as I'm not sure my muscles would respond this early after class last night!!!
@culleton9 great way to finish your day! Have you thought about working out after a bath? - it loosens the muscles and will make you approach your workout refreshed.

Practice your balance every day so when you come to do repetitive kicking you are in control of the technique.
