You can't deny that they are two separate words which when used together only suggest that perhaps or maybe, there is doubt or suspicion as to whether there was actually a secret plan to do something harmful. Also a Conspiracy Theory which is proven is called a Conspiracy. News needs not to be proven, it is merely a notification of alleged events based on here say which are not necessarily conspiracies.

Could Sitchin have been wrong on purpose or ? I too study the work of Sitchin but I have to admit the skeptics makes it confusing.
