Only way Caterpie could have ohko'd arceus is with a choice band (which I'm assuming it has), and arceus to have minimal HP and DEF iv's and to have a defense-lowering nature. If he has all of that, then lol, but otherwise there's no way that bug bite can one-shot arceus.
