Im getting all the trendy shit good but meant for radio'' whatever?..Except for frankenstein which is a fucking master piece'' and it used to get radio play? Excellent. I saw Edger and Rick Derringer play at Pacific Arena in 1970 Vancouver. Went down with a friend to California after that. One of the places i stopped off for a few days was Berkley. Believe it or not. Who passes me casually on the street. No one even noticed, but i did. Rick Derringer with Johnny Winter!!!... Can you believe that. I was so stunned that i didn,t even ask for an autograph. I will never forget that.

Later I saw Edgar at the savoy with Jerry & some of the band

They did this song with a local curch choir as back up

Then they did "Dying to Live"

And my life was transformed for ever

This is Jerry LaCroix on vocals from Edgar Winter's White Trash Band. Edgar now does the vocals on Fly Away when touring. I sure wish he and Jerry could have done more more together. The Roadwork album with Rick Derringer on guitar & vocals along with Edgar & Jerry is one of the most underrated albums ever.
