fan of neither team...but it's amazing how may roughing penalties the Saints got away with.... I remember this game live and I was like "WOW"... it just makes me angry because you see QB's get barely hit, Brady mostly and their is yellow all over the place....the NFL is so inconsistent with QB calls...either call it consistent across the board or don't call it at all which I would prefer...unless a QB is hit in the head or low, their shouldn't be a flag, they are football players not ballerinas

One of the greatest and most emotional football games including NFC Championship games I've seen in my life. I wanted the Vikings to win but it was a different outcome.Favre had an amazing season that year and played like a kid out there. He played like if he was 25 or 30. He found the fountain of youth in Purple & Gold. I will never forget that season.

This was no doubt a great game, but The better team did not win this game. Just like radio announcer Paul Allen says on the video, the Vikings paved the way for the Saints in this game; they GAVE them the game. Not even to mention the refs; there were about 4-5 roughing the QB non-calls...if Vikings would have touched Bree's like that there may have been ejections...
