Hemp & Marijuana are not the same strain of Cannabis, one has a solid stem & the other is hollow, hemp makes lots of good products like paper, rope, fabric & even fuel but it has little to no medicinal value, on the other hand marijuana makes it all from paper to medicine, however hemp yields more fiber per acre than marijuana but both have super strong fibers. Marijuana is more versatile in its range of applications over that of hemp so should be the best choice for Legalization.

@ida1yomomywarnyabout Nope sorry, hemp and marijuana are the same "strain" of cannabis, theyre the same thing. The two strains that your are thinking of are Cannabis Sativa and Cannabis Indica. Sativa's are taller and more often used for the production of the hemp fibres. They still produce smokeable marijuana. Indica's are shorter and contain higher THC amounts, favoured for medical uses. Hemp and cannabis are the same plant, the word cannabis comes from the arabic word for hemp.
