NuVinyl, I enjoy your videos very much. The sound of the Goldring 2500 is very nice and the sound that provides the sound recorder makes you feel you are in the room indeed ;) I was wondering how this Goldring cartridge tracked the inner grooves...
@HiFisquarepants Hi, thanks for watching! I never noticed any issues with this cartridge tracking the inner grooves, I think it does a fine job on all areas of the disc.
more and more im convinced that its a crime not to hear music with a system like yours. you make a lot of us jealous!!! thanks for the videos and greetings from switzerland.
@NuVinyl I got the link from SHtv (and followed your progress from selling the Floyd Japan Cds to purchasing new vinyl and a cool TT). I did the same thing last year.
I've done a couple of short videos but with mine, I added the needledrop sound over the video, so as to avoid the problems of ambient camera mics. Might be an idea for you in the future. keep up the good work Sergio.
@DBZ5371 Indeed it's been a wild ride getting rid of all those CD's and starting a new collection of vinyl records, it was the best thing I ever did to improve the way I enjoy music in my life :) About the video sound, the needledrop would be the best option to allow viewers to hear the sound of the record and turntable setup, but my goal is to make these videos as similar as possible to actually being here in the room and experiencing the entire system. Not an easy task :(
