  • Honestly,, these people beliving Britain did itself a favour ...... First it refused membership of the EU and then had to beg for admission in the seventies. Now it refuses again whereas the large majority wishes Britain "good luck" and simply continues. Who will be the big winner on the long term you think in securing economic prosperity? An even more centralised Union with the bad ass economic capacity of 400+ million people or an isolated island... Simply no long term vision.

  • good that uk regetted this crap. people in the uk would of said no anyhow. eu goverment is a joke and soon we are out the better

  • Please watch "Britain's Entry into the E.U. was based on Deceit," by George West of C.I.B. Can anything based on deceit be good? The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland has a tradition of standing against European tyranny.

  • Only time will tell. If other countries reject the deal in referendums, the Brits will be proven right.

  • Al Jazeera's female anchors are intelligent and presentable. They don't look like freakish face and boob augmented playboy models and don't make retarded statements...like playboy models.....ala Fox News.

  • @Di0genesus

    no kidding, we get hoe'd...

  • If UK can not take action that others are willing to take, why does it even bother be in the group, just leave the group and run your own country...to be in the EU, that means you have to weigh the benefits as a whole rather than individual gains

  • go britain

  • Camron was right.... One cannot accept whatever bullshit the EU makes.

  • Fallout: Europe

  • Britain isn't the only one who will reject this deal. Here in Ireland we will hold a referendum (only country allow to do so due to our constitution) and I have no doubt that we will vote against this ridiculous proposal!

  • @gavmcguinness8024 Except that as the UK's veto means there won't be a treaty, it gives Ireland's parliament a get-out clause in that each national government will enact the provisions in their own country's legislation, rather than creating or amending any EU treaties.

  • @mittfh

    OK, the following scenario:

Had the UK not vetoed, some countries will reject it in referendums.

UK vetoed, as u said there will be provisions for individual legislations, which gets water down due to politics.

Nothing or something. The UK might have done others a favour.

  • Well given the uks euro skepticism I guess if they remain at this level of integration while the rest goes forth, a two speed

    Europe it's okay

  • ummm does that mean no NWO?

  • @juanmora19910209 NWO has been postponed for fundraising.

  • @Edgebotv4 i hope they have brownies :) yummy!

  • toiletpaper news

  • remain calm people

  • Probably another good decision by Britain. The best decision Britain ever made was to stay with the pound £ sterling currency.
