If you activate the IWHBYD skull, there will be funnier dialog throughout the campaign. For example, when you kill a brute that's near another brute, instead of hearing "You killed my pack mate!" or "You killed my brother!" you'll hear "That was my lover!" Best gay joke ever :)

Another great one is when you kill a grunt near another grunt. "You killed Yepyap..."
