this movie was alright, but I was surprised to find a review where it only got half a star out of 5... I actually quite liked it, but I have to admit overall the characters were really shallow and it seemed like Rachel Bilson's character was the most undeveloped, in the whole movie, she's just like an object in this film. But then again this is a film where you don't really give a shit about character or need to find depth. You just need to empathize with Hayden and then just jump when he does.

this movie was written terribly. the main character is deplorable, the villans are weak and the conflict is barely explained. the only good part about it is griffin. hes the only charchter with any depth, and by far the best bit of acting. i would see it again just to re-watch jamie bell's performance.

I saw Samuel L. Jackson on an interview for this film, he said this is based on a series of books, and if this film did well, they'd make more. So obviously, this didn't do very well. The ending of the film leaves you hanging, so they should've rapped it up better just in case it didn't do well.
