that is a cool pouring method I don't know why that tool was being such a dick when he said you were offending people. Fucking Nazi, as far as I'm concerned, if you buy a beer it belongs to you and you can pour it any fucking way you want to.

anyway this method is used often in german bars where it have to pour quicker, but u done it wrong u have to start tilt and when the beer in the glas reaches the bottle then u stick it like u've done in the vid, u have to be quick or the beer is ruined..

well.. I am from Munich... city of most and best sorts of beer...... but i never heard of this "stupid" method... normally you should have a big foam- crown on it.... with this vid.. you're insulting every munich guy...

If you guys like Paulaner and Franziskaner...try to get hold of the Andechser (Andechs Monastery) Dunkel Weizen(Weissbier Dunkel)...Fantastic.

Paulaner, Franziskaner and Schneider are my favorite straight Hefes....but the Andechser is in a class by itself.

@davidjalb34776 We used to get Paulaner Weizen ON TAP in Pittsburgh years ago. I was in heaven. I've never seen Andechser in the states though. Shame too. It is smooth and STRONG like no other.

I like the Hefe-Weizen style of beer. I have had quite a few different ones and I still go back to my first one, Franziskaner which is readily available in my area. Great review, very informative.

I love Franziskaner, both the Weizen and the dunkel-weizen, but neither is available in Quebec (not Ontario, I'm pretty sure)...

Very nice pour. I have a Hefe Weizen in the fridge that I am waiting to review.  I don't want to do it unitl I can find the proper glass.
