To ALL that has commented in on this being a terrible complex and unsafe, you have NO IDEA.
Core was kept tight, upper back flat...
You should always progress yourself up to this type of unorthodox training.
Snatches, cleans, high pulls and other high speed movements especially with only one arm will appear jerky and unsafe to beginners and YES - if you perform these types of movements wrong, you will f*ck yourself up no doubt. I feel great...
I like the complex but I think that you need to explain in your videos that some exercises are not for beginners, also give alternative exercises for trainers at a novice level. As I said good complex thow!
Lol, this is meant for people who want a 'hardcore' excersise; these 'uncontrolled'/'weird' exercises increase results by challenging your many different muscle groups in ways you normally don't use them.
i recently bought a single dumbell with 15kg weights, i opened the package, the smell is horrible, i mean its like new smelling plastic or rubber.. it cant be good for you..
that would knock ur back out, and may give you lots of muscle mass but a disproportionate uneven definition,, using the momentum of the weight is not a good long term solution, but i really dig ur enthusiasm....and this guy is big, so it works for him, but would cause your everyday guy to become injured and lose motivation
@Stevea715 make sure you're using proper form! Your back may get sore from being a beginning but also because your not using your hips and glutes but mostly your lower back. Focus on keeping your chest up and back flat. On the snatches especially use your hips to move the weight.
@Stevea715 I recommend people with bad backs not doing some of these exercises.also you must differentiate between muscle soreness in your back muscles& between pain in the joints of the spine and the nerves around the spine.. if its the latter I recommend seeing a doctor right away and getting some x-rays and MRI done to diagnose the problem.. I also recommend a good chiropractic clinic for taking care and maintaining spine health.. take care of your backs people they are your body's foundation

@getitdonefitness ALSO... You need to have a fair amount of STRENGTH to begin with or you'll get crushed. Do at your own risk!
This is NOT for beginners... Make sure you LEARN the proper techniques of these different movements FIRST before you run off and go try it.

I do a complex day where I circuit around doing barbell, Dumbbell and Kettlebell complexes
jonnofun123 1 year ago
I guess most of this applies to a single kettlebell?
Or can you do a Kettlebell singles workout (or series)
I have bought a set of KB's (4,8,12,16,20 &24kgs)
but it was too expensive to buy a full set (2 of each)
