hey, g, ik woon in belgie en ik ga altijd wave-surfen in frankrijk. Ik zou wel ook eens graag de belgische golven rijden, maar lukt het ook met shortboard? Want op de vid zie ik longboards...(waarmee je op kleinere golven meer snelheid hebt.)
yo G888.I'm so sorry to see that these are the waves you have to surf mate. Next time you are passing through Ireland get in touch and I'll take you to some waves like the ones we surfed in P'Gal & Morocco! Just remember that it doesn't matter what you surf as long as you are having fun and you get that stoked feeling after you surf. Peace mate and good luck :)
hi thanks dude! :_) if i'm going to Ireland i'll get in touch ! and you are right about the fun... its better to have fun with some friends on a small wave than have aggravation on a world class wave like pipeline (i would not drop it anyway) :-)ride on! ;-)
How often do you get rideable waves and does it get any bigger than this?......you guys need to come over & check out the west coast of Britain. keep it in the curl and off the lip.......
very often we get a lot of rubbish from stormy side or onshore storms and when some decent swell is formed most of the time Great Britain is blocking it ;-) but yes it can get bigger once in a while (4 times in september if we are really lucky) and i rember it being overhead some years ago ;-)

shortboard is het ;) ja het kan .... maar
maar : het hangt af van je "level"
als je een echt goeie techniek hebt lukt het je wel
en als je bij voorkeur heeel licht bent (40kg :-)
dus bereid je erop voor : veel power zirt er meestal niet in hier
