Wow! I thought we had the market cornered on crazy here in the USA but I guess not! haha. Poor guy sounds like he took one to many acid trips. I was amazed how everyone ignored him. I would have been a bit worried he may be dangerous.

I dont think you should take the rise out of someone who has mental health issues, his innaporpriate language is probanle turrets or something similar. You let yourself down if you find his behaviouris something to laugh at.
On Sunday I had an old wino lift his head from the bottle to tell me that “Tomorrow will bring good fortune” …and it did. True story. I have named him the Oracle on Oxford.
