I was there for this. I remember there was a point I was starting to get bored, and then Pearl took the stage, I was like, "Ok, this is worth my 40 bucks."

As I recall, no one connected with the crowd until Pearl came out. They were all just kinda going through the motions. Also I was cold and my feet were wet from standing in the pool trying to get a good view. The competion picked up for me once it got to duos and groups. But some of the single performers were really just going through the motions. NOT ALL OF THEM. Those were the ones that bored me. I have a vid where I am just going through the motions, and it is sooo dull.
