  • Cool catch of the C&NW leading and the repainted SP behind it!

  • Thats a painted over SP right behind the CNW i believe as well

  • What is the logo on the ethanol tankers? Neat capture! Liked the glint off the BNSF's on the siding.

  • @sgtredbluered: I think the logo says "Global ethanol".

  • Nice catch! I can almost make out 6707's CNW number, 8805?

  • @hoorider13: Yeah, ex-C&NW 8805.

  • WOW!!! Man that was awesome!!! Great catch!!!

  • awesome video

  • Great catch. love a long ethanol train

  • Beautiful locomotives!!!!!Very good video.

  • Wonderful sounds of hard working diesels.

  • great shots thanks for the clips....

  • While coming back from Omaha I saw a grain train with an Ex CNW unit leading like that. I don't think it had the operation lifesaver badge but it did have a patched SP behind, then another patched SP on the rear. I wasn't able to get any photos or video. But it is nice, even though patched, to see these units making their way around.

  • @Amtrakdavis22: Yeah, my perfect ethanol train would have C&NW and SP C44AC's up front, and a real AC6000 as DPU. Unpatched SP units are always welcome!

  • @cchan006 Yes they are. I really like how SP 352 is hanging around here. Usually they seem to stay east on unit trains.
