@peanutgallery7 We will post the recipe for the meat very soon. It doesn't have to be white corn but make sure that it has coarse grains and not fine ones. We already recorded a recipe using yellow corn and we hope to release it soon.

what is the recipe for the meat that you serve with the couscous? And if I can't find white corn can I use corn maiz or polenta?
