Beautiful girl...I'm glad you didn't mutilate her for fashion. I was lucky and was able to get the breeder to keep the tail on my little boy and of course I won't have his ears cut off.
@diegowest100 i dont care if the ears are cut are not but i do like the tails to be cut cause im from the south, and we have black and tan coonhounds (i dont like their looks but their great huntin dogs) and if a doberman has a tail they look like the coonhounds. I like the ears cropped but i will admit their are many that look better with floppy ears.
@spamalopedotcom My girl, Lady, died a few years ago. I didn't do her ears either. Your pooch reminds of her a lot. She was a 100 pounder and deeper in the chest but your girl looks much like her. Dobies are GREAT dogs! Enjoy your pocch!
@walksbyf8h she's about 90 now :) it's funny because her best friend is a red doberman named lady :) they play really rough together. lady is about 70 but bounces around like a deer. foxy is more into tackling her. i'll message you some new pics of her.

@CroatianNSensationN she was about 45/50 pounds she's really tall and long for an american bread female dobie :)
she's 80 now.

you can crop starting from 8-14 weeks it's best if you crop them at around 8-10 weeks though..
i cropped my dobies when she was 13 weeks though you can e-mail me at

i'd have kept the tail but they do it close to birth.
