I'm a singer and I've done some short tours, but never anything like the months-long, night-after-night grind that so many of these guys do. I mean, some rock singers just kind of talk/rap the lyrics anyway, but for the power belters? God, it freaks me out just thinking about it. From what I've heard, a lot of them get cortisone or other steroid type stuff to reduce the inflammation and the wear and tear
