The piece, named "Requiem for a Tower", was made exclusively for the trailer and was not featured in either Requiem for a Dream or The Lord of the Rings film trilogy. It was arranged by Simone Benyacar, Dan Nielsen, and Veigar Margeirsson. Although never intended for release, after demand by fans this piece was made available as part of the Requiem for a Tower album release by Corner Stone Cues.

intresting... I penned a script for an epic film based on The Book of Ether a few years back and even presented it to Halestorm Entertainment, but they thought it too expensive to produce on their own... I know the guy who actually made The Bookof Mormon Movie and he'd be willingto help, but even that didn't get the budget to a feesible amount, so negotiations for the option came to a diappointing end... but I still hold out hope for funding someday.

@lucread Nothing wrong with the guy who made "The Book of Mormon Movie" helping you, but don't allow them to have any control. That's the last thing we need is another "B" Book of Mormon Movie. You need to get the pros that do the quality movies for the Church, and the pro's that did the Work and the Glory movies, for example. Stay away from almost EVERYONE at all levels that did TBOM movie. I think the only good thing about the BOM movie was Laman. Quality actor.

It is a movie, and it was awful. The whole point of the book is the subtext. Putting it into the form of film robs it of its greatest virtues.
