@Littlelambism yes it does. im on day 26 and i have so far lost 13 pounds and 5.5 inches of my waist. i dont follow the nutrition plan either. i just watch wat i eat and stay on my own lil diet but i dont deprive myself. I'm 18 and was at 240 pounds and size 46. now i am 227 pounds and size 40.5. it does work but it really is hard and month 2 is gonna to be a beast but like in the commercial you got believe in urself and dig deep :)
