People fail to realise when people like in the video 'exercise the freedom to express themselves', especially in a public space like a memorial where the rules are different, they infringe upon the right of everybody else to not have their experience marred by a bunch of people free dance or making out (which is just disrespectful) in the immediate vicinity. It's easy to notice and get all riled up about active expressions of freedom, but not so easy to see the passive assertions of that right.
