No, it is about Nikki's ex girlfriend. He thought she cheated on him with Jack Wagner so he copied his song "All I Need" but toke a different spin on it. Tommy played the piano and Nikki wrote the lyrics for it. He then played it for his girlfriend and she got pissed. Anybody who read The Heroin Diaries knows this.
