Climate Change is the greatest threat to humanity and to the United States, and those selfish bastards won't even show up to talk about it. I say ROLL CALL, vote on the bills passage without "bipartisan" support, Obama needs to force every democrat to cast a yes vote, and then the world might look up to the U.S once again.

There are normal cycles of cooling and warming of the earth, but it is highly accelerated right now.
