That's because they're sleeping :P . Characters usually have a snot bubble on their nose when they're sleeping. I don't know how the candy makes them sleep, though XD (VIDEOGAME LOGIC LOL).

That, and I LOVE the soundtrack of this game :3 ! Definitely one of Capcom's greatest works (before they became crapcom :/ )!

Great pick! I too have fond memories of this game as a child. Didnt realize there is a arcade version until many years later of the nintendo release.

@ronmower Nemo for the arcade is an action brawler of sorts. The NES version is a much better game in my opinion.  I prefer puzzle solving in my games.

Manami Matsumae and Takashi Tateshi were the composers for Mega Man 1 and 2. "Bun Bun" did 3 and 4 (with Minae Fujii) Mari Yamaguchi was the one for 5, Yuko Takehara did 6, Yuko Takehara, Toshihiko Horiyama and Makoto Tomozawa did 7, Shusaku Uchiyama did 8 Junko Tamiya was the composer for Little Nemo.

I haven't played this game in at least 20 years. I knew a guy who was obsessed with it and I played it at his house for awhile after school back then. Capcom is still one of the kings of games. They are on one of the few companies these days that still really challenge the player Devil May Cry 4 was incredible and satisfying. The only game I've played that was that good recently was Metal Gear Solid 4.
